Hello plastic cap gun with orange stopper in the barrel.
I see your badge- you must be the sheriff.

Your curly, pollen-bright hair is a little too long; the barber makes you cry, so we let it grow. Even though it's in your eyes. Your eyes of fiddlehead, algae, tidepool, your eyes that radiate radial green. Like your mother's. Your fingers, soft and white as new cheese, they cannot tie or untie or button or zip. Too soft. Clenching your pistol.

“Bang, bang! Daddy I shot you!”
